What drives Gil in Real Estate?  Passion! When his wife asks on weekends “What do you want to do today?” His reply is always “Let’s go look at some homes!”  He incorporates his love of architecture, photography and design into his work in real estate. Being from a large family of seven kids the social aspect of real estate speaks to him. Although his siblings may be in different countries or states they all still make time to reconnect regularly and look forward to getting together for family reunions every year. Many of Gil’s clients have become lifelong friends like Kevin and Karen Scott. Family and friends are of the utmost importance to Gil. This translates into why the right home at the right price and attention to detail is important to Gil for his clients.

With ten years’ experience in “road warrior” Management consulting, Gil has a unique perspective on the Real Estate profession. Becoming a realtor in 2010 during the worst economic downturn in recent history proved he was able to overcome the constraints of a lean market by being flexible adapting to changing conditions. He has attained real estate designations as an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR). Additionally, he has received several sales achievement awards over the years and has a five star rating on Houston Association of Realtors (HAR) with many testimonials about his service.
